Confident Me Programme
The Confident Me Programme will be running in the Navan Family Resource Centre, Commons Rd, Navan, Co Meath, from 15th February. This programme is designed for children in 5th & 6th Class who have experienced adversity and difficulty in their young lives with the hope of enhancing their confidence and self-esteem. Some of the topics covered in the group include communication skills; dealing with feelings; peer pressure and developing skills to manage difficult situations.
