The ISPCC provides a helpline for parents or members of the public who may be concerned about the welfare of a child and who need more information and support
Parentline is a national helpline for parents. They offer support, guidance and information on all aspects of being a parent. Parentline support is immediate. There is no need for a referral or appointment. The helpline is open Monday to Friday 10am to 9pm and Friday from 10am to 4pm.
Parentline facilitators are trained in counselling and listening skills and they receive ongoing up-skilling in topics they encounter on the lines.
